The sales manager at Showcase Honda was completely unprofessional and shockingly disrespectful. Instead of taking responsibility, he was rude and defensive—despite the fact that I was the one being in unprofessional and shockingly disrespectful. Instead of taking responsibility, he was rude and defensive—despite the fact that I was the one being inconvenienced. It’s unacceptable behavior from someone in a leadership position. I would never recommend Showcase Honda to anyone, and based on the many negative reviews I’ve seen, I’m clearly not alone. This dealership knowingly sells vehicles with mechanical problems and then tries to shift the blame onto the customer—exactly what this arrogant sales manager tried to do. Showcase Honda seriously needs to take a hard look at the consistent stream of complaints they receive and make real, lasting changes—starting with how they treat the customers who walk through their doors. I had a very disappointing experience with the finance team. They treated me as if I were unintelligent simply because I chose not to purchase GAP insurance. On top of that, they significantly overcharged team. They treated me as if I were unintelligent simply because I chose not to purchase GAP insurance. On top of that, they significantly overcharged me for the car. After the purchase, I started receiving letters from lenders stating the car was not worth the price I was charged. This left me feeling completely taken advantage of. My credit score is over 780, and I deeply regret walking into this dealership without consulting my own lender. Had I done so, they would have flagged this issue immediately. My advice - Do not go to this dealership without securing financing from your own trusted lender first. It could save you from making the same costly mistake I did. More
