In person, Karen was knowledgable and funny, and she was able to answer all of our questions. She shepherded us through the process without any pressure at all (how delightful!) and made the whole transaction seamless. Her colleague Osi was likewise terrific--and even the Front Desk team member, Lelia Walker, was super helpful and friendly. Best car buying experience I've ever had, frankly. Highly recommend. More
