This is my third Kia from Fuccillo organizations. Since I live 300 miles from this area I depend on my Sales person ISRAEL Santiago for having everything in order. Shawn Visconte Gen. Manager handled all the numbers even while he was on vacation and met me Sunday early to make sure everything was fine. Little issue I noticed that the plastic on my car started to crack and the car is 2 months old...I text Israel and he told me to come in, got me into the service d I noticed that the plastic on my car started to crack and the car is 2 months old...I text Israel and he told me to come in, got me into the service department very quick, they ordered my part and told me a system update was also in need and took care of that as well.
