Crooks is the best way to describe this dealership. I was deceived. They said I was buying a v8, it’s not. They said 0 % interest wasn’t available, they didn’t tell me this was a used vehicle is the reason. deceived. They said I was buying a v8, it’s not. Horrible experience. Treated like cattle. Will never buy from Landers again. Sold me truck with extremely loose ball joint and told me it wasn't their problem. Then made me wait 5 hours on confirmation of a from Landers again. Sold me truck with extremely loose ball joint and told me it wasn't their problem. Then made me wait 5 hours on confirmation of a warranty that I paid for a week earlier. Ended up having to fix the ball joint for 750 myself somewhere else. I should have never been allowed to drive it with something so dangerous--it should have been fixed during inspection. More

I had great assistance for an exhaust problem with the staff that offered to complete to minor maintenance for free given my vehicle was already being serviced on a lift, and I provided the lubricant for my exhaust valves. The assistance with this saved me time from doing it myself. I really appreciated it. More
