I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership, primarily due to the behavior of the service advisor. He was unprofessional, unfriendly, and overall unpleasant to deal with. From the moment I arrived, there was a clear lack of courtesy and communication. Absolutely no effort was made. The entire interaction left a bad impression, and I have no intention of returning. There are plenty of dealerships that understand how to professionally do their job and treat customers—this is clearly not one of them. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and so are all of the people who I’ve recommended. More
