On the multipoint inspection "inspect cabin air filter" was checked RED. On the inspection Comment section tech # 222885 stated that the cabin filter was dirty. However, this filter had been changed the was checked RED. On the inspection Comment section tech # 222885 stated that the cabin filter was dirty. However, this filter had been changed the day before it was brought in for this oil change. This makes it hard to believe any of the other evaluations when something simple like this was inaccurate. Ivan was very helpful with checking me in and processing my vehicle and letting us know when it was ready to be picked up. More
