FANTASTIC! You know how you go into a dealership and every sales person is on their phones and the vibe sucks? That is NOT Bozard. I went to many dealerships t You know how you go into a dealership and every sales person is on their phones and the vibe sucks? That is NOT Bozard. I went to many dealerships trying to find the SUV and the dealership I wanted to work with. Out of any dealership that I have bought a car from or been to, Bozard is the best. My sales person Iziah Reyes is amazing. He is kind, honest and truly a pleasure to work with. James in finance was easy and honest as well. The management Larry and Tom care more about making the customer happy than I have ever seen a dealership do. We had a small mishap, it’s a true sign of character by how you act when something doesn’t go right. I will have to say, they spoiled me, made sure I was happy, went over and beyond. I will 100% go back to Bozard. I will 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Bozard is a testament to what buy a car should look like, a dealership that puts customers first. The dealership was nice, first car I have bought from them. The deal and negotiating process was easy. The only thing I wish they would do better on is detailing the car better. Iziah Reyes is the biggest reason we came back to Bozard Ford! My husband and I were looking for a truck to pull our travel trailer. We weren't sure which brand we wanted so we wanted to try Ford, Chevy, Ford! My husband and I were looking for a truck to pull our travel trailer. We weren't sure which brand we wanted so we wanted to try Ford, Chevy, and GMC. To make the search even more interesting, we knew we were planning to make the purchase in about a month, which would give us time to research vehicles and possibly test drive some to narrow down what we wanted. Since it's closest to us, our first stop was Bozard Ford. Immediately, we were greeted by a young man with an engaging smile and friendly demeanor. We explained to Iziah our plan and told him we didn't want to waste his time if he wanted to work with someone else that may be ready to buy. He didn't flinch! He treated us as if we were his priority, showed us vehicles to test drive (new and used) and spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for. He kept in touch, sent us options as they came in and just went above and beyond. When we were ready to buy, Bozard didn't have the truck we were hoping for in stock, but we found one elsewhere. When we told Iziah, he said he understood but before we were going to finalize on that truck, he asked if he could show us one Bozard had just gotten in that he thought would be a perfect fit. He was right! It was more than we hoped for, and a much better deal than we were going to be getting at the other dealership. Iziah had nailed it! And he did it all with such an amazing attitude. He introduced me to everyone at the dealership and made sure every aspect of the process was smooth and easy for me and my husband. We are so glad he was persistent and found us just the right deal. Everyone at Bozard was excellent, but Iziah... well, he was just a cut above. Five stars for Bozard Ford and six for Iziah Reyes. More
