Very nice person maybe not having her best day. The key to my husband's business was on my key fob. I did forget to take it off the ring before hand off. I received my car and fob after a fair amount of confusion on Shanna's part. I realized after check out and departure that I did not have the business key. I returned and she was able to find it, reportedly on the ground outside the shop somewhere. While no harm came, in this situation, it was definitely a close call. Not mad, just asking for more caution. She was however, great at answering my questions regarding confirmation of services. More
