River has been amazing to work with every time I come in. He listens to the complaint, doesn't try to write it off, and if he doesn't know the answer he finds someone who does. I do all of my own maintenance on my car and river gave great tips of things I can do on my own to alleviate my issue, without trying to sell me more services. That might not sound great for you, but it bought my loyalty knowing someone cared about my financial limitations and supported a way around it. More
