We loved buying from luxury. Walked in knowing what we wanted and they immediately pulled the keys, drove it, and then had the paperwork done and the car cleaned within 2 hours. Good experience overall for getting a first car for our teen. Appreciated that they transported a car from their other location to make it more convenient for us to look at. Competitive pricing. Just a bit slow on a couple things when we were there, but apparently that was partly related to having a new software system. More
