Had a great experience overall at Toyota of Rockwall! James was an awesome salesman—even though I can be a bit difficult to deal with, he stayed patient and made the whole process smooth. Also want to give a shoutout to Enrique in the parts department—super helpful and just a solid dude all around. The only downside? It took 8 hours to buy my truck on a Saturday. So if you’re planning on buying, I’d definitely suggest going in during the week or when they’re not slammed. Other than that, no complaints. Loving the new ride! More
