I was told that my 15,000 mile service would take 45 minutes. When that time came and went, I texted to ask how much longer and was told another 15-20 minutes, When that time also came and went (over an minutes. When that time came and went, I texted to ask how much longer and was told another 15-20 minutes, When that time also came and went (over an hour and a half, instead of the promised 45 minutes), I walked outside to ask what was going on, and there were my papers, lying on the service desk, and the service person was nowhere in sight and didn't answer his phone. For all I know, the papers could have been sitting there for a long time, and if I hadn't gone outside to ask, no one ever would have told me that the car was ready. I'd probably still be sitting there. I had to take off time from work to get this done. My time is just as valuable as Toyota's time, but since they don't seem to realize that, I'll get all future servicing done elsewhere, where my time is respected. More

Service is typically good but we get one individual who each time tries to either up sell my wife or doesn’t thoroughly review something asked. Last time we asked him to review the air pressure sensors bec each time tries to either up sell my wife or doesn’t thoroughly review something asked. Last time we asked him to review the air pressure sensors because we keep receiving error messages about the sensor. He simply put air in the tire, if I was there, I would have called him out letting him know it’s not due to low air that it’s an issue withe the sensor. My wife didn’t know better and now we still get the error message that comes on the dash and have to find another time to take the vehicle back up there and entertain two kids under two while they take 2+ hours working on it. More

I've always had a great experience at Cobb County Toyota and would recommend them. JC is awesome at customer service.
