Poor communication, staff seems don't care very good about explanations or solve the issue, and made me take my truck 3 times. 1st day, service was completed, 2nd time I left my truck all day and nothi about explanations or solve the issue, and made me take my truck 3 times. 1st day, service was completed, 2nd time I left my truck all day and nothing was done, I was asked to take my truck for a third time, I left my truck all day, they completed what they needed but they left my truck with a very annoying noise in the interior while I am driving. I did not receive any paperwork of the job completed and when I texted back to JD I can see he is annoyed or it didn't care at all to solve the issue. More

Riata just started the new service program that includes pick up and delivery of your vehicle in addition to a video of the car services, the way other companies do it, and providing status and ETAs via tex pick up and delivery of your vehicle in addition to a video of the car services, the way other companies do it, and providing status and ETAs via text. They made the whole transaction transparent and very convenient and even the suggestions for additional services was less of a "hard sell" and more like actual recommendations. Great job! More
