I recently went into Riata Ford Service because I had scuffed one of my Rims on my 2023 Ford Explorer ST who is my baby. I had reached out to Nicole to see what a Rim would cost, and she gave me a price scuffed one of my Rims on my 2023 Ford Explorer ST who is my baby. I had reached out to Nicole to see what a Rim would cost, and she gave me a price but also gave an option of getting my wheel fixed. Well, I decided to get my Rim fixed and her and JD were all over it. I went in early to get my Rim taken off and my spare put on till my Rim gets fixed. Oscar in the service department recognized my ST because I am a regular there and buy all my cars at Riata Ford and called me outside and asked how far I was going. I told him and he said that he wouldn't suggest that since my ST is an all wheel based vehicle and would mess it up and suggested if I could get a rental car. Luckily they had one for me to rent out and left my ST there. All in who took part with this issue I had did their job and took care of my needs. I love the sales team and the service team at Riata Ford Manor they know how to take care of important and regular customers. Job well done JD, Nicole and Oscar Thanks again Fernando Carlos More
