Good at first The service at the dealership was great. However once we got the vehicle home several things they stated to me were incorrect. The salesman stated it would be no problem to get key-less entry for my truck and this was incorrect. I have contacted Dodge directly as well as several locksmiths and audio shops to see what can be done. They all state my VIN will not allow key-less entry. We drove over 2 hours to get this specific truck because it had the bed size I specifically wanted and the key-less entry was the one question I had. If the salesman had stated he was unsure or did not know I would have been okay with that but don't state incorrect information. I have contacted JD since and he was going to look into it. It's been three weeks now and I haven't heard a word from him. I guess the sale is all that mattered. More

The salesman JD experience a must have. Walked into the dealership just to look around at the trucks that were for sale on the lot. A salesman named JD greeted my husband and myself out fro Walked into the dealership just to look around at the trucks that were for sale on the lot. A salesman named JD greeted my husband and myself out front and offered to help us. At that point we had said yes and JD took us around the lot to show what was for sale and explained the difference in the models. We decided on a Ram 1500 on the lot in the color of our choice. JD and I went on the first test drive, then my husband, it was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately for JD, it had taken a long time for me to finally say yes to the price and sign for the truck. They did not push like a lot of other dealerships I have been in before. I have to say that our salesman JD was really great to us and I would go back again to see him. Thank you!!! More
