My rep JD is by far one of the best sales reps I’ve ever had. From him introducing himself as a professional and caring as a family member that you want to have a meal with. Since my Ridgeline had to be ordered JD, went above and beyond to keep me in the loop of the status making sure to answer any questions that I had regarding the delivery. After waiting nearly 4 months for the truck to arrive he made that I was alerted once received and made sure that stayed safe as I was set to go on vacation the following day. He made sure to communicate to team of me being out of town but once I returned he arranged to have the delivery take place with Eddie who cared for me as much as JD had done. I left with no questions or concerns only my confidence grew knowing that if there are any questions I have I can be sure that JD will look to help solve it. Even if it’s not his department to oversee, such as ordering a cover for the truck.
