My rep JD is by far one of the best sales reps I’ve ever had. From him introducing himself as a professional and caring as a family member that you want to have a meal with. Since my Ridgeline had to be ordered JD, went above and beyond to keep me in the loop of the status making sure to answer any questions that I had regarding the delivery. After waiting nearly 4 months for the truck to arrive he made that I was alerted once received and made sure that stayed safe as I was set to go on vacation the following day. He made sure to communicate to team of me being out of town but once I returned he arranged to have the delivery take place with Eddie who cared for me as much as JD had done. I left with no questions or concerns only my confidence grew knowing that if there are any questions I have I can be sure that JD will look to help solve it. Even if it’s not his department to oversee, such as ordering a cover for the truck. JD, Jab, and Eddie surely are a team that Valley Honda and Honda USA, should appreciate and acknowledge because being in this business exceptional service like I experienced is immeasurable. More

Eli then walked us through the delivery process, which exceeded expectations. He called and gave constant updates and kept us in the loop from day 1 through the date it was delivered. Unfortunately, we picked it up on a day Eli was not in the office, so we worked with JD. JD made sure we understood the vehicle inside and out. You can tell he believes in and stands behind the Honda brand. He wasn't too pushy on anything, but made you understand certain packages and truly explained every detail of the car. My wife and I really appreciated it! We live about 45 minutes away, but will be back to Valley Honda for our next vehicle. More
