They have a great dealership, vibrant atmosphere and warm people who make the overall experience in the showroom wonderful. They do not take things for granted and that is the single most differentiating factor about this dealership. When i walked in, Kattia took care of us, made sure she showed us the car options and colors of our choice. She was very warm and friendly, something i always expect from front line folks and Valley Honda has lots of talented folks. Kattia provided us with all the right financing options, was able to get the right support to work out a quote that excited us. All in All, i expect to close a deal and all paperwork with Honda in less than 3 hrs and Kattia made that happen. She is a great asset to the dealership. I'm also pleased by her followup's post the purchase to enquire if the car is doing well and we need anything further. I think this is in the Valley Honda DNA. Keep it up. Will keep visiting. More
