Once we made a decision the negotiating and paperwork was painless. It's rare to walk away from a dealership feeling you got the best deal possible. With Jonathan and the Valley Honda team we know we could not have done better any where else. After our decision was made Jonathan walked us through all the features on the car and made sure we understood as much as we could absorb. By the time we finished it was late and storming out yet Jonathan acted as if he had all the time in the world to make sure we were happy. It is important to note that this is the fourth Honda and second one purchased from Valley. We also brought a close relative to purchase her car from Valley. One of the reasons we came back was the staff and the service department. Valley Honda has the best service team of any car dealership we know. Jonathan was awesome! I had visited another dealer before going to Valley Honda. I also talked to a friend who had bought her last car from them and was very pleased. From the first time I met Jonathan I knew that he was the guy I wanted to buy from. I had so many things go wrong that delayed my purchase and he hung in there with me emailing me periodically and being very patient with me. When I finally got to take a test drive I sealed the deal with him the same day which actually surprised me. I hadn't negotiated a deal for a car in a very long time and was a bit nervous. It was really quite an easy exchange and I was pleased with the end result. I now have a brand new fully loaded Honda Accord sitting in my garage and I am very please with the car, with Jonathan and all the people that I met at the dealership. They are all very professional and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Valley Honda and definitely Jonathan Olivares. More

He was the complete opposite of what I was expecting , he was not pushy and encouraged me to take some time to think about it. He never was a bother and was always cognizant of my busy schedule. I honestly believe he worked my deal, to get the best deal available. He also helped me out for being an active duty military. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Jonathan. He continued to help me out through out the whole process. Valley Honda should be renamed to "Olivares Honda" he is a testament to what the process of buying a new vehicle should be like. He is a true professional and I highly recommend him. More
