I liked how Jon didn't really waste my time and cut straight to the best price and had the paperwork ready to go. I had been emailing him to negotiate the price, make, model and time of purchase. I went in last night for my appointment and everything was ready to go! I was out the door within 45 minutes with my new car!! Unlike other salesman that try to get your business and get you out the door, Jon took his time to go over the new features the 2016 Accord and the service offerings of the dealership. I will for sure be a repeat customer and use their service department as needed! More

When I went to valley Honda and had the pleasure of wielding with Jonathan I was pleasantly surprised. The level of professionalism was fantastic and I enjoyed getting information about vehicles rather than being sold a car. I liked how quick and easy the process was for me and he helped me find a car that was right for me not right for his commission. Overall I was impressed with the dealership and Jonathans expert skills. Oh yea I also received $15,000 for my trade in which was $2,000 more than any other dealership I went to. I would reccomend this dealership and Jonathan to anyone looking for a great deal and awesome car buying experience. I have already referred my father and sister there. Thanks guys! More

I was lucky I met Jonathan Olivares, who helped me through the process from explaining to me everything about Honda Civic, provided me walk through of the showroom and service center, offered me test drive and helped me with the entire process of financing and obtaining my insurance. I was new to USA and was totally confused about the process and whether I should wait more to find the right car or purchase right away. Before going to Honda, I visited Toyota of Naperville and Chevrolet showrooms. But the responses from the sales persons were not very positive and only added more confusions for me. Once we made a decision the negotiating and paperwork was painless. It's rare to walk away from a dealership feeling you got the best deal possible. With Jonathan and the Valley Honda team we know we could not have done better any where else. After our decision was made Jonathan walked us through all the features on the car and made sure we understood as much as we could absorb. By the time we finished it was late and storming out yet Jonathan acted as if he had all the time in the world to make sure we were happy. It is important to note that this is the fourth Honda and second one purchased from Valley. We also brought a close relative to purchase her car from Valley. One of the reasons we came back was the staff and the service department. Valley Honda has the best service team of any car dealership we know.
