They are completely unresponsive to customers and do not answer phone calls or text messages at all. I have visited the dealership four times for service appointments and repairs regarding a paint issue tha answer phone calls or text messages at all. I have visited the dealership four times for service appointments and repairs regarding a paint issue that has existed since I purchased the car, but they have still failed to resolve the problem. I have also sent multiple emails to different staff members asking for this issue to be fixed, but no one has ever responded. I am extremely disappointed. More

Mrs. Stephanie Spangler was absolutely amazing. She provided an estimate and was able to get me scheduled as early as 2 weeks. The wait time was almost spot on and she was very attentive. Overall this dealership is pretty good. The biggest issue is the disconnect between the different departments. That tends to result in wrong parts being ordered or items not completed.
