200 dollars per diagnostics is literal theft from the consumer. The customer service rep i spoke with over the phone told me that the 200 fee would go back into any repairs that I moved forward with and consumer. This was on a recorded line. When I got the diagnostics I was told my engine might need to be replaced. What an absurd thing to say without actually knowing what is wrong with the car. I git this via text message which is also absurd. Call me and tell me about my vehicle. My engine was already replaced once and this scared the xxxx out of me. More

I've been an exclusive customer of Southern Ford Service Dept for 13 years & hold their technical, coordinator, & leadership team in the highest regard. I had a problem with a prior Service Coordinator in A Dept for 13 years & hold their technical, coordinator, & leadership team in the highest regard. I had a problem with a prior Service Coordinator in April that caused some real issues. They reviewed the problem, sorted out a fair solution, & reaffirmed my confidence in saying they are next to none. Thank you Stephanie & Jeff for reaffirming why I won't get my Service anywhere else!
