200 dollars per diagnostics is literal theft from the consumer. The customer service rep i spoke with over the phone told me that the 200 fee would go back into any repairs that I moved forward with and consumer. This was on a recorded line. When I got the diagnostics I was told my engine might need to be replaced. What an absurd thing to say without actually knowing what is wrong with the car. I git this via text message which is also absurd. Call me and tell me about my vehicle. My engine was already replaced once and this scared the xxxx out of me. More

I've been an exclusive customer of Southern Ford Service Dept for 13 years & hold their technical, coordinator, & leadership team in the highest regard. I had a problem with a prior Service Coordinator in A Dept for 13 years & hold their technical, coordinator, & leadership team in the highest regard. I had a problem with a prior Service Coordinator in April that caused some real issues. They reviewed the problem, sorted out a fair solution, & reaffirmed my confidence in saying they are next to none. Thank you Stephanie & Jeff for reaffirming why I won't get my Service anywhere else! I don’t know who Robert Johnson is. The biggest reason for my low rating is the complete lack of communication from the service department. My truck has been in 4 times for the same pro The biggest reason for my low rating is the complete lack of communication from the service department. My truck has been in 4 times for the same problem, a leaking rear differential, and as frustrating as it has been that we can’t seem to get this fixed, the more frustrating part is that no one will ever answer the phone in the service department. I’ve called so many times and never get anyone to answer the phone. I leave messages on the message service and no one ever returns my calls. The only way I can ever get through to the service department is to call the sales department and ask someone from sales to go back to the service department and put me in touch with someone. Yet, every time I walk into the service department there are at least 2 people, if not more behind the desk. I don’t understand why no one can ever answer the phone in the service department to give customers an update on average vehicle they’ve had for several days. More
