Mister Conway I brought my car in for service yesterday to check my brakes and a grinding sound but tech said my brakes were ok and he couldn’t duplicate the sound I was hearing . There had to be something to check my brakes and a grinding sound but tech said my brakes were ok and he couldn’t duplicate the sound I was hearing . There had to be something else wrong because I still hear the sounds. Also I called 3 times no one ever picked up the phone so I called sales to get someone to call and still no call , when you were Hall Ford I had better service More

My car was towed there on a Sunday, I was not called to see what the issue was until I called & left a message. Tuesday I called to get an update after leaving 5 voice messages & 1 was to the GM. So I got see what the issue was until I called & left a message. Tuesday I called to get an update after leaving 5 voice messages & 1 was to the GM. So I got a ride to the dealership to find out about my car and was told by Mr. Johnson that he's been so busy. When I was contacted that my car was ready I was unable to get it until the next day because I was in class. I called that morning after 10 a.m. and Mr. Johnson was supposed to call a Uber for me and after 1 pm I called back and the Uber wasn't set up. I felt like I the customer was not important & had to make all the calls to get my car checked, serviced and to get transportation back to the dealership to pick up my car. More

Once I finally reached the service department, Mr. Johnson was able to take all my concerns and schedule an appointment. No return communication from him. No return calls until the general and service manager was contacted Had to bring the vehicle in twice back to back. Price quoted was raised by $400 e No return calls until the general and service manager was contacted Had to bring the vehicle in twice back to back. Price quoted was raised by $400 each time from $700 quote and price on message board sent and get there $1000 plus with both visits. Service manager had to intervene with the service. Not to mention on the first visit he didn't initially address the issue the vehicle came in for; he sent me a message of what they found; something totally not relevant. I just came to have the ABS reset. With more to be expressed but not at this time- my recommendation is Maybe he is in need of additional training or a new position; customer service is not working for him. More
