I Love my new SUV Kevin was so amazing. He listened to me and never once did I feel like I was being pressured. He was personable and so very kind. I really felt that Kevin was so amazing. Amazing and Easy Experience I was recently involved in a car accident that o was not at fault for, but totaled my beloved vehicle. My Volkswagen Jetta was my first car I purchase I was recently involved in a car accident that o was not at fault for, but totaled my beloved vehicle. My Volkswagen Jetta was my first car I purchased myself and was more than just a car to me. So when I found myself having to suddenly and unexpectedly having to purchase a new car I was not excited. I decided to try a Tiguan at Street Volkswagen. As soon as I got out of the car I was greeted by J.J. He was so kind and listened sympathetically as I explained my situation. Before he even showed me cars, he made sure I was ok from my accident and seemed to genuinely care. He showed me several different vehicles and we test drove two. Even though I told him I probably wouldn’t be purchasing that day he spent well over an hour with me going over different vehicles and prices and scenarios. He called on Monday to check in and answers several more questions I had for him. I called later in the week to get VIN numbers on multiple vehicles to price insurance for the new cars. He got those to me promptly. We went back in a week later and drove two more cars back to back. I made my decision and the next morning I had my new car. JJ made this not so fun thing into a pleasant experience. He was so nice, EXTREMELY knowledgeable about every vehicle, and went the extra mile. He knew all about the financing aspect and guided me through that as well. I could not speak more highly of him. If you are looking for a car I highly highly recommend asking for JJ at Street Volkswagen. You won’t be disappointed and I assure you you’ll have a great experience regardless of the vehicle you decide. More

Exceptional service and attention to detail J.J. And Eli were awesome and went above and beyond to make sure the buying process was as easy as possible. They answered our questions and brought J.J. And Eli were awesome and went above and beyond to make sure the buying process was as easy as possible. They answered our questions and brought in others to answer when needed. They took the vehicle and had it professionally cleaned (having seats removed) to meet our expectations. J.J had a vehicle waiting with the seats warm on the day I had to bring the new vehicle in to have doorknobs replaced. Everything was taken care of in a very timely manner. Any time spent waiting with our kids was made much more comfortable due to snacks, drinks, and charging stations where our kids could complete homework. Our experience here was wonderful and we have shared that with friends and family. More
