JJ was very helpful, I was unsure of what I wanted when I arrived and I told him the price range I was hoping for. He showed me around and most importantly he wasn't forcing anything on me. Service, sales and customer service. An A+ dealership to me! Preston Superstore has been a savior for my fiancé and I, from Service to Sales staff. My Kia Optima decided it was going to die on me so I had it towed into the Preston Kia shop. Brian and his staff worked on my Kia for countless hours trying to diagnose the issue, at the end of the day they nailed it down to way more in repairs than I was willing to pay. I was able to get over to JJ Moore and Bill Preston who teamed up and got us a killer deal on a 2017 Chevy SUV and we were able to drive off the lot the same day with financing through Preston. Every transition as well as conversation was professional and very honest. They knew we were in there for a reason and they did not try to capitalize on our situation. I recommend JJ Moore and would sent my loved ones to him - he is a veteran and has served our country for many years and he cares about his clients. I will not go anywhere else moving forward.
