told they’d call as soon as it came in. Never called, I called, “We’ll find the part and call you right back.” Crickets. I called after a week or so.

Come on in.” I’d be embarrassed if my company ran like this. During the two+ months I waited my system was not put back together completely so it was worse after the first appointment until the last. I have ne intention of ever walking through Platinum Chevrolet’s doors in Santa Rosa again, to buy or to have service.

It's possible there was a miscommunication there, however we are trying to see if there are still any way to find printed owners manuals for the 2024 vehicle you purchased.
