Friendly and family owned dealer that makes you feel comfor Joe Riccobene, my salesman, talked to me about what I was looking for in my next car and showed me the 3 that I was looking to buy. No pressure and wa Joe Riccobene, my salesman, talked to me about what I was looking for in my next car and showed me the 3 that I was looking to buy. No pressure and was straightforward with me. Fast, Easy and Friendly!!! Platinum Volkswagen took bad situation for me and turned it into a great one. My last car was recently totaled (it was a 2016 VW Passat). After seeing Platinum Volkswagen took bad situation for me and turned it into a great one. My last car was recently totaled (it was a 2016 VW Passat). After seeing how safe and unharmed the people in the car were my wife and I didn't hesitate to get another Passat. The staff at Platinum couldn't have been better. The owner even came out and helped me once he knew what my situation was. How many places have the owner greet you??!! Josh, Manny, Joe and Bill were so friendly and helpful. Not only was the service they provided top notch but when it was all over my brand new car cost me less than what I was paying for my old car!! I couldn't be happier and I recommend everyone to see the friendly faces at Platinum Volkswagen! More

Easy purchase of a new Passat Joe worked with us to find the car we wanted at a great price. The car was not at the dealership but Joe found the model with the features and color Joe worked with us to find the car we wanted at a great price.
