I cannot give enough praise to Joe Vo and the finance manager Po at Niello. I had to trade in my car due to family changes and I was pretty upset about having to get rid of my 3 series after only having manager Po at Niello. Joe not only met me with my trade in value but had the new car ready to go with for me when I got there. I traveled six hours for this purchase and I would do it again 100 times if it meant Joe got my business. I was in the finance office under 20 minutes which also was amazing. There was zero pressure to buy anything at all and Po took his time to explain all my options and again, there was zero pressure if I wasn’t interested. I purchased my BMW out of state and drove almost 7 hours away and even with pre approval I was waiting at the dealership for almost five hours. Joe was very communicative and there was zero pressure to buy, AND he was very respectful in the sense he didn’t blow my phone up if I couldn’t get back to him right away. New or used, my husband and I will be making the drive to purchase from Joe again and with Niello. Amazing service. Great service, I live a couple hours away and negotiated over the phone and internet. I would only be willing to buy the car given it be delivered and they were ok with that. ONE THING- I purchased the bmw ultimate care plus but BMW only shows this as upgraded service package so not sure how to proceed. Either way this is not a deal breaker. The vehicle is great, service was great, all done from the comfort of my home. They were willing to match a great offer I found from a closer dealer, so whats to complain about.
