I recently purchased a BMW 5 Series from Niello BMW Elk Grove, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. A huge thank you to my salesperson, Ozzie, who was incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with. His communication was prompt throughout the process, and when I arrived at the dealership, everything was prepared exactly as promised. He respected my time, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’d also like to recognize Tommy, the Sales Manager, who was equally impressive. He was professional, straightforward, and worked with me to provide a very fair value for my trade-in. I never felt pressured, and the entire negotiation process was honest, respectful, and customer-focused. One thing that really stood out was their integrity. Before I finalized the purchase, I requested additional paperwork that I wanted to review before signing. Both Tommy and Ozzie assured me there was nothing to worry about and promised they would send everything first thing Monday morning. I decided to move forward based on that commitment, and they absolutely delivered. Around 10:00 a.m. Monday, I received every document I had requested, and everything matched exactly what we had discussed at the dealership. There were no surprises, no hidden details, and no last-minute changes—just complete transparency and follow-through. That level of honesty and commitment says a lot about a dealership. It’s easy to make promises during a sale, but it’s much more meaningful when those promises are kept after you’ve driven off the lot. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I’ve had. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new BMW 5 Series and truly appreciate the outstanding customer service, professionalism, and integrity shown by both Ozzie and Tommy. They earned my trust, and that’s something I value highly. If you’re looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its word, I highly recommend Niello BMW Elk Grove. Was ok, financing department kind of screwed me a little. Didn’t really notice because the payments were still the same slightly. After looking at the contract more. But because they wanted to keep my payments the same instead of lowering it, they just adjusted the APR a little. Typical backhanded dealership tactics. More

My sales person was fantastic! However, once I was handed over to the logistics team of paperwork, etc. the lack of customer service and attention to detail was noticeable. I have reached out several times and left voicemails and emails and have never received a response back from the appropriate department. I feel as though I am always chasing answers and having to track things down one month after the sale. This is my third Bmw and the experience is not up to par with the other Bmw dealerships I have dealt with. Unless there is a specific car that they have in inventory I would shop another BMW dealership instead. More
