I typically dread having to go into a car dealership for a vehicle, knowing it is going to be an unpleasant experience. I recently had a VERY unpleasant experience at another dealership just a few days a a vehicle, knowing it is going to be an unpleasant experience. I recently had a VERY unpleasant experience at another dealership just a few days ago. Let me tell you what, I honestly don’t know where to begin to explain on how GREAT of an experience I had here at Niello! From start to finish, it was a fast and friendly experience, that I can honestly say I have never experienced anywhere else before, EVER! Communication was outstanding. I didn’t get low balled for my trade in like other places. I was treated with respect and dignity, (which I know many of you reading this have experienced the exact opposite elsewhere). I drove almost 100 miles to make the deal. They held the vehicle for me, ended up getting me a better deal than their in house financing offered, and I was able to leave with the vehicle, as well as scheduled maintenance, premium extended warranty, AND gap insurance. Ozzie was a blast to deal with. We shared stories with each other which was cool, and every single person I interacted with there (forgive me for forgetting their names), was very much an experience that I enjoyed. I can’t say enough how GREAT of an experience this was, and if you value your time and money, look no place other than Niello BMW Elk Grove! More

I found the whole process to be seamless from the onset! I phoned the dealership late in the evening and in distress after my first ever bmw breakdown on the roadway . An associate at the service dept informed me that service was closing shortly. I had a quick assessment to make so I decided I needed to look for a new car since I was from out of town and a loaner was unavailable for several weeks. Michael waied for me to arrive and had three potential replacements waiting as I arrived with my brokedown veh in tow. Several short minutes later we had made a deal on a trade. What a blessing! My wife loves her new X3 and is getting familiar with the tech and operation of her powerful BMW X3.Thanks to everyone at Niello that made this day turn out great for us! Thanks BMW Group. More

My fiancé and I dealt with a few people during our buying process, but everyone was on the same pag Everyone was so friendly, attentive and thorough. My fiancé and I dealt with a few people during our buying process, but everyone was on the same page which made the process stress-free. Jerome was our first point of contact. When we arrived, he was busy with another customer, but he's been expecting us and let us know that Q would be assisting us from there. Q helped us the majority of the time and he was very courteous and informative. Never once did we feel pressured, rather we felt they went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. We felt confident we were making the right choice in going with this dealer as opposed to another option we were considering. From start to finish, the experience we had with Niello BMW Elk Grove was an A+! I look forward to doing business with them in the future and will highly recommend them to friends and family. More
