They actually provide customer service I came by on a Saturday for an oil change. JP greeted me as I walked in, I asked about the wait since there were at least 4 cars ahead of me. He said I came by on a Saturday for an oil change. JP greeted me as I walked in, I asked about the wait since there were at least 4 cars ahead of me. He said it would be at least 2 hours, but if I wanted to give them a call later he'd let me know how it looked. I left and then called later, the wait was still long. I called a second time and JP said come on down. I got there and he already had the work order with my name on it and service request section filled out. I went to sit in the lobby and barely had time to get comfortable before JP came back to get me since my car was already done. Good job to JP and to the service team there in Keizer, and only Keizer. More

JP recommended new wipers and a fresh battery. Within 1 hr. we were on the road with an oil change, fresh wipers and a new battery. Each of these gentlemen was a joy to work with-personable, friendly, and knowledgeable . There was no pressure through the whole process, just the desire to put together the best deal possible and get me on the road. I would be remiss not to mention that the reason I chose Skyline Keizer to purchase a new car was because of Jennifer and JP in the service department. They have taken such great care of my cars for over a decade and I trust them absolutely !! I had a feeling that same approach would be present in the sales department, and I was not disappointed. Finding the right car I first came to Keizer Skyline Ford to buy a part for my wife's new Mustang purchased elsewhere. In doing so I overheard a conversation between Phil I first came to Keizer Skyline Ford to buy a part for my wife's new Mustang purchased elsewhere. In doing so I overheard a conversation between Phil McColly and another staff person. I waited until they were done and asked about a Rav4 they had been discussing. Phil took my information and that night had already emailed me with eight or ten different vehicles he wanted me to consider that I'd indicated were within my price range and desired parameters. I called and we made a time to go and look at a few that were interesting to me that were both on another lot. I really thought I was going to be buying the Rav4 that looked most appealing but when we test drove it the "feel" just wasn't quite right. He had listened carefully and pointed out a Subaru Outback also on that lot and we test drove it as well. Again, I thought I was going to buy that one but he'd also heard me saying that the color just wasn't quite right, not so much for me but for my wife who wasn't even there ! When we got back to Keizer Skyline he pointed out the exact car I was looking for, right down to the color that would appeal to this Duck loving family ! I am a retired counselor and people's personalities and "style" mean everything to me when I'm dealing with them. Phil listened incredibly well, never pushed, never pressured and was a total pleasure to work with despite the fact that he was suffering a great deal of pain on that particular day from a bad back ! My wife came down and met us and both Phil and Walt Sommerson, the Sales Manager were easy to deal with and most helpful ! Without question the best car buying experience I've ever had ! I will definitely be back as they are going to include a towing package on my new vehicle and they have invited my family to take part in the Mustang owners group that meets at their lot later this summer and annually ! I have nothing but good things to say about this experience ! Walt was wonderful but I've now spent hours and hours with Phil and I have to say that this man simply is willing to do almost anything to make sure you get what you really want and that you have a wonderful buying experience ! KUDOS Keizer Skyline Ford Dealership !!! More
