We have always had a great experience at Tyson. Recently we have decided to get into RVing which required a vehicle with specific capabilities. JR the salesman along with Aaron from management was able to recommend and place us into a vehicle which not only met the new need but also our budget. More importantly they made sure this was something that my wife could and would be happy to drive. (Which she has now claimed as her own truck) Never did they try to upsell us into something not needed or beyond our requirement. We ended up purchasing a RAM 1500 with the perfect trim package for our new activities. Afterwards we were shown all the new features and JR even took the time to set up the electronics and RAM online account. The entire process from beginning to end was friendly, quick and efficient. We even received follow up calls to check if we had any questions or concerns. This is the type of service that is not usually seen and something that is important to us in which you feel more like friends and family instead of a "buyer". It is why we are returning customers and will continue to do so. More
