Kept their word! When you make a deal over the telephone and internet and then drive two hours to actually test drive the car, you can't help but think in the back of When you make a deal over the telephone and internet and then drive two hours to actually test drive the car, you can't help but think in the back of your mind, I wonder if the dealer is going to play games with me - lower the value of my trade from our phone dealings, etc. The dealership actually made a mistake and offered me more for my trade than they should have but they stood by the deal made over the phone and we consummated a transaction! I'm a happy camper and would do business with these guys again! More

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I did feel that I was there longer than I expected for them to locate the hole in the tire. It was over an hour wait before I went back to question the time and they had there longer than I expected for them to locate the hole in the tire. It was over an hour wait before I went back to question the time and they had not yet taken the tire off to locate the hole so I was there 2 hours for them to plug a hole in my tire. Also, there were only 2 people waiting when I arrived. More

Oil Change I was immediately greeted by a service rep. My info was quickly available on the computer. The waiting area was much more comfortable with the chair I was immediately greeted by a service rep. My info was quickly available on the computer. love my car Everyone was great! The only issue I had was with the man that went over the warranty package. He was rude and made me cry while in his office. One Everyone was great! Great Service! My son bought a used Ford from J.R. 2 years ago who stayed with us through the process even though he probably was not making any money on it. What Family and Customer Service Is All About I have been in Waco, Texas since January of 2019 and have set my sights on Greg May Honda ever since I moved here to have mine and my wife's vehicles I have been in Waco, Texas since January of 2019 and have set my sights on Greg May Honda ever since I moved here to have mine and my wife's vehicles serviced only at Honda. I can honestly say I have made the right choice in choosing this dealership. They treat you like family more than just a customer in service and in sales! Trey is my go to Service Advisor whenever I need my vehicle serviced. He is personable, friendly, and knows what customer service is about! Also props to his superior, Trent Fedro, the Service Manager. I have loved every interaction I had with him. Personable, outgoing, and takes care of his employees. So much so, that I hope to join the team and work under Trent one day soon! Also shoutout to JR Nugent in the sales department. I have been talking to him often when waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, and he is very easy going, personable, and really cares about making sure you get into the right car at the right payment rather than just worrying about a sales quota or just getting you into a car. I will be buying my next Honda from this gentleman later this year or early next. Really quality guy! More

Great Buying Experience! By far this has been the easiest buying experience I've ever had. Everyone up there went out of their way to assure I had everything I needed. I wanted gray seats and there were only three Passports in Texas that had it. But (sorry I don't know his name) while JR was working on my sale someone else was on the phone for over an hour to wrangle one of those three cars for me. I had my new car within 48 hrs More
