Needs improvement I recently bought the 2018 Honda in November. If dealership had done certified inspection, why was it not noticed that safety belt did not work in bac I recently bought the 2018 Honda in November. If dealership had done certified inspection, why was it not noticed that safety belt did not work in back passenger seat. You were quick to help resolve. However, your system had old contact info from years ago so it took me calling back after a few weeks to get problem serviced. Afterwards I had erroneous charges on my account that was only resolved with putting owner refuses recommended service in order to not be charged. So account reflects inaccurate info. My tags that were suppose to be in 2 weeks, I never got a call about. A month later I called to check on them and was dismissively told “Oh yeah, you can come in a get them or we can mail them to you”. No follow up from dealership after purchase other than a survey by email. I will say that the quality of service has went down since my last purchase from this dealership. I got a lot better service and follow up from the Chevrolet dealership of my last vehicle. I’m disappointed. More

My hubby is such a happy man and our family rides so comfortably in our new vehicle. All the babies love it. It's a blessing and we really thank you for helping us into our new vehicle. J.R. Sir, you went above and beyond to make us feel welcome when we walked into the dealership on such a cold early Saturday morning. You were most kind and considerate, making sure we were informed and on track throughout the entire sales process. Thank you J.R. for considering our family's budget and needs. We walked away very happy and not just with the sale, but with the whole experience. It really meant a lot to us the way you took care of us and helped us Saturday. Dalton, sir you did a great job explaining the warranties too us. You made the paperwork easy and seamless. You really helped us understand the differences in the warranties. And we thank you for entertaining all of our questions and getting us through to the finish line so efficiently. Kyle, Sir, you seriously have the most impeccable taste in cars and you genuinely care about your customers. Thank you for your big heart and friendly smile. Thank you for taking a moment with us outside to show us all the features about our new vehicle before we left the dealership. My hubby smiles from ear to ear about this vehicle every time we talk about it. Thank you so much Kyle for walking my husband through all the buttons and features. I know you were super busy. And it made a world of difference for my hubby learning the features from you than just reading a dry user's guide manual. Thank you so much.
