Great Car Buying Experience We were greeted within a couple of minutes after we arrived and began looking around. Our salesman, J. R. Nugent, was friendly, knowledgeable, and we We were greeted within a couple of minutes after we arrived and began looking around. Our salesman, J. R. Nugent, was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help us. He brought three cars up front for us to test drive and would have brought a fourth car had it not been sold before we arrived. We did not feel pressured to make our decision in any way. After deciding on the car I wanted, I changed on my mind on the color while J.R. was drawing up the paperwork. He made the change with a smile on his face and did not seem bothered at all. John helped us with completing all the paperwork and was very helpful and courteous also. After our car was washed and filled up with gas, J. R. went over all the features and even helped link our phones to the bluetooth in the car before we left! I can truly say our entire experience at Greg May Honda in Waco, from start to finish, was a great car buying experience. More
