He lies about the warranty they just sign you up for because when your car breaks down 13 days after you buy it they do not help or fix your vehicle. JT definitely needs some kind of training on how to speak to elderly people. He should not be a manager. Wood Nissan should do a secret shopper and see how arrogant and rude JT is. More

Service department is outstanding at explaining issues and ensuring your vehicle is running at its best and fixed right the first time. Sales is typical sales department, you go in for 1 vehicle and they and ensuring your vehicle is running at its best and fixed right the first time. Sales is typical sales department, you go in for 1 vehicle and they eventually upsale you on a more expensive vehicle. They have limited ability/willingness to negotiate the deal. It's take it or leave it. Also beware they add on $1495 on top of the advetised ofevery vehicle price for WoodCare package. Overall satisfied with experience and vehicle. More
