Rose from finance was awesome. We talked about restaurants and made me feel very comfortable. My wife had to leave to take my daughter to dance practice and the paperwork wasn't ready yet. I stayed and did the paperwork and Jamie drove to my home later that night after my wife got home with my daughter to have her sign her portion of the paperwork. Who does this???? I am so impressed and will tell everyone about my positive experience. I am now a Honda fan!! More

When you first open the door to Valley Honda you immediately are taken back by how beautiful the place is. Whoever designed the layout of the showroom and service area, with the kids room really did a great job. There are greeters sitting at a table who immediately ask how they can help you. Jab Rahman, a sales manager, came up asked if we needed anything to drink, and then asked what we were interested in. We told him we were looking at the CR-V both used and new. Within a few minutes Jaime Bednarz, our sales consultant, came to the table and indicated she was having a new and used CR-V made available for us to test drive. While we were waiting for the vehicles to arrive from across the street, Jaime could have easily left to deal with other things, but instead took the time to learn more about us. Not just learn about what we wanted in the car but also learn more about us personally. It was a nice touch and really made us feel comfortable. Wait- we are buying a car, right? You know we are here to buy a new vehicle. We worked with a very professional group of sales staff at Valley Honda- no BS or trying to get us to but extra 'stuff' we are not asking for. We expressed what we wanted, and that is exactly what was delivered. We were so pleased with the experience from start to finish. We appreciated Sales Director Kurt Gonzales personal attention- I really felt like I was at Disney World- the attentive staff went out of their way to make us feel right at home. Did I mention we already have 2 Honda's? Other dealerships who did not take us seriously, or chose to send us form Thank You letters- Thank You- if you had tried harder, we would not have found this dealership! More
