Our buying process took about that began with searching vehicles online, then test driving, then sitting with sales and finance to find out if an agreement could be reached. The sales team and facility at Valley Honda out performed the other dealers, hands down! My wife and both work and have a busy schedule, our two young girls had to come with us while doing this shopping. And anyone that has shopped for vehicles knows it is time consuming. Valley Honda appealed to families by having friendly staff, a play room with tv for our girls, hot chocolate and water available and offered all the time, and even a tv monitor to keep an eye on our girls while we were discussing 'adult' issues. In addition, the finance team demonstrated competence in what they were doing and appeared to be working "with us" and not against us (simply trying to make a sale). In summary, from the first sales person we talked to, Jab, to the finance people, and the facilities everyone offered a friendly and supportive service from beginning to end. More

Jab Rahman really worked with us and we ended up with a very good deal on a 2013 Honda Pilot. He's a great person to work with, he's ethical., conscientious and diligent. Thru autotrader.com we found the Honda Pilot that met our specifications. We called and talked to Mohit Saini the sales manager and he connected us to Jab Rahman in sales. After working out a deal over the phone my wife and I headed to Aurora. Although it would be a long drive from Louisville we felt that the deal that we were able to make by phone and it also being a certified Honda, it would be worth the trip. We left on a Friday afternoon arriving that night. We test drove the Pilot and Jab and Mohit encouraged us to spend the night and come back Saturday morning and take it for a more extensive test drive. That we did. We got back to Valley Honda, finalized the deal and then drove it home that day. We feel we got a great deal, got great service, and never once felt any pressure to buy. Jab and Mohit treated us with the utmost respect. We would definitely will consider the drive again for our next auto purchase. Thanks again Jab and Mohit. More

We purchased two cars this month with the great help and tips from Jab at Valley Honda. As usual, we get the best quote and traveled about 100 miles to take advantage of the offer. Jab took extra care in making us understand all the new features of the 2013 Accord EX-L. I bought this car for my wife. When I needed another used crossover SUV, he provided me with a list of makes I could go with and explained the differences and advantages of the various models and trims. He instilled confidence in me to buy a used vehicle and I returned to Valley Honda again to get my 2009 Honda CR-V. Again, he made sure that most of the paperwork is ready and we spent minimal time there to close the deal. The CR-V is running great and I am fully satisfied with both the purchases. More

I worked with Jab Rahman for my 2012 Pilot. I was originally called when I brought in my CRV for service, and they advised they would offer top dollar for my CRV. I had an unpleasant experience my first time with this dealer, and Jab assured me that the 2nd time would be different. Jab made sure that he was transparent about what was taking place with negotiations and pricing. Jab and his finance manager Mohit Saini took a non-adverserial approach and made it clear they were willing to work with what I wanted to do. Both gentlemen made the experience pleasant and I left with a much better post-purchase feeling than I had the first time. More

I worked with Jab and this was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. The facility was beautiful, the staff was incredibly friendly, and there was no high-pressure sales involved. We were able to take our time and look at our options. Jab took the time to show us all the features in the car. He made sure I knew all the little features as well like the blue-tooth. The finance person was very helpful and quick. There was no pressure in getting extended warranties or extras. We knew exactly what we wanted and we came out with exactly what we wanted. We drove a long way to this dealership and it was well worth our time. More
