That other car got into an accident, and now my clean-title, single-owner vehicle has a faulty accident report on its Carfax—directly crushing my trade-in value through zero fault of my own. This isn't just a minor mistake; it's gross administrative negligence that directly harms the customer financially. Management’s lack of attention to detail is embarrassing for a main-line dealership. I am actively working to get this Carfax error corrected, but prospective buyers should beware: Performance Toyota Bountiful’s sloppy back-office work will cost you thousands down the road. More
