I appreciate how courteous all the staff (parts and service) are. I am a DIY car guy and would use the dealer more often if they would not charge full retail on parts. I don’t mind paying more for OEM parts, but $63 for a cabin air filter when the local parts store carry a quality filter for $20. Just not worth the difference on a lot of items. More
