My husband and I purchased a new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe last week and had a great experience. Our insurance carrier threw a few obstacles in the way, but Jack Coco Sr. was patient and determined in working with them (and with us) to get us into our new car. We drove to Towson from DC when we heard that Heritage had a Tucson Hybrid with th was terrific - Hyundai Tucson Hybrids are hard to find right now. We drove to Towson from DC when we heard that Heritage had a Tucson Hybrid with the the SEL Convenience package we wanted. He promised to call me if someone else bought the car we wanted while we were driving up. Test drove it and bought it in one afternoon. Jack and Tiffany from the business office made it all happen without too much pain. More
