Outstanding customer service, honest and upfront approach on I went to another Hyundai dealer and the salesmen was a great guy but the manager didn't even come out to talk to me. That wasn't the case at Heritage I went to another Hyundai dealer and the salesmen was a great guy but the manager didn't even come out to talk to me. That wasn't the case at Heritage Towson Hyundai the General Manger John Holliday contacted me on the phone and email. When I arrived Jackie Coco did a great job explaining things to me. Then John came over and showed me the exact prices he needed for the Santa Fe and he was able to go a little higher on my trade in and they were also able to give me 3.79 interest rate which was better than my bank they offered 4.74. I would recommend this dealership 100% percent to anyone wanting to buy a Hyundai. More
