This is my second car from heritage hyundai, if you need a car, they will work with you to find the right car, and work magic to get a payment that will not break your monthly budget. Unbelievable Service I live over 300 miles from the dealer. They were excellent in working with me in getting all the paperwork completed for financing and even purchasing I live over 300 miles from the dealer. They were excellent in working with me in getting all the paperwork completed for financing and even purchasing in a different state. We flew over to pick up the car and the dealer even met us at the rail station on our car. The dealer did not have the vehicle in the color we wanted but within 15 minutes they located one. Since we had a long drive home the dealer was checking on our progress. Afterwards we have had some questions about the car and every time they were able to find the answer for us. I have never had a dealer and sales person treat us like they did at Heritage Hyundai Towson. If I could give more that 5 stars to this dealership I would.! More

Dealership pricing is always a little higher but when I want absolutely knowledgeable, reliable work done it is well worth it. So after an accident that totaled my car (nobody hurt), I didn't hesitate to take all my problems to this dealership. They handled the trade in and sales consultant Jack Coco, Sr., was just right for my situation. He listened well and understood what I wanted, didn't try to oversell, and helped me make a very fair deal on a car I love. Heritage had plenty of inventory and good choices for the used vehicle I wanted. From stressed and sad to happy and motoring in two days, with just one visit.
