Going the Extra Mile Purchased a Hyundai Tucson at Heritage. Thy located the car we wanted, and arranged a transfer from another dealer. The negotiation at Heritage went Purchased a Hyundai Tucson at Heritage. Thy located the car we wanted, and arranged a transfer from another dealer. The negotiation at Heritage went very smoothly, and we were to pick up the car at Heritage the next day. On the day of the pick-up, Heritage learned that the other dealer sold the car after giving approval for the transfer the day before. Jackie Coco promised us another Tucson to be picked up that same day. Jackie and Heritage kept their word. They found a similar Tucson that was more expensive, but did not change the price. In the end, we received a better car without delay in the pick-up. Awesome job! More

Heritage Hyundai Towson made our Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Buying a car can be a stressful event but it shouldn’t be. Heritage Hyundai Towson made our experience everything but stressful. From my first contact with Jackie Coco, to meeting and working with our awesome salesman Perry Satterfield, to our final meeting with Rob Miller to square away our financing, everything was just fantastic, and I drove away in my dream car! Perry, especially really went to bat for me to get me in the car I wanted. I will be recommending everyone I know that’s looking to buy a car to skip the chaos and just go straight to Heritage Hyundai Towson. I can’t thank you guys enough! More
