Mr. Jack Davis was instrumental in helping us decide what vehicle to get. The only issue happened after we committed to buying the vehicle. When it became the dealership's responsibility to find the vehicle, communication dropped off a bit more than we would have liked. Fortunately, everything worked out in the end and we love our new vehicle. Thanks again to Mr. Davis and the rest of the staff at Valley Honda! More

Great Purchasing Experience I started out looking at a 2011 Honda CRV EXL with Katie. I didn't have an appointment so when I showed up Katie was with a customer but promptly hand I started out looking at a 2011 Honda CRV EXL with Katie. I didn't have an appointment so when I showed up Katie was with a customer but promptly handed me over to Jack Davis. He took me on a test drive and listened to what I was looking for. I also test drove a 2014. By the end of the appointment, Jack had introducerd Jab (Sales Mgr) who reduced the price of the 2011 and also offered a huge discount on a new 2014. I left and came back the following weekend. I got a great trade in on my 95,000 CRV and ended up purchasing a new 2014 CRV. Katie was my primary salesperson in the end and closed the deal. She's was extremely knowledgeable, offered options and really patient as I worked through the details that I would be comfortable with in the end. She walked me through all functions of the new car and made sure I was comfortable with the final deal. When I went to finalize the purchase and paperwork, I discovered that I had a checkbook but no checks! Katie followed me all the way home and waited for the check so I wouldn't have to go all the way back to the dealership. First class service, first class salespeople, especially Katie. I really made her work for the sale but she was great! Katie, Jab and Jack were wonderful to work with and at no time pressured me to make a decision on the spot. That's one thing I value as a customer, no game playing! Great dealership. Great experience. Great service (from owning my previous Honda CRV). It's really all about the customer experience at this dealership from purchase to service. Thanks! I love my new car. More

Home, Sweet Home When I first entered the dealership with my daughter inquiring as to what may be the best type of car to get her, we were introduced to Jack who made When I first entered the dealership with my daughter inquiring as to what may be the best type of car to get her, we were introduced to Jack who made the experience as wonderful as it could possibly have been. We intended to visit other dealerships, but Jack was so impressive in how he answered our questions and provided other details about what his suggestions would be...I knew we were in safe hands and would find something with Jack as our guide and facilitator. His wisdom and passion for helping us surpasses his years, and he was so thorough in providing as much information beyond my questions that it made us feel like we were at home with a genuine friend who was going to take good care of us as we made this difficult decision. We found the car that we love, and we were very impressed by the entire staff at the dealership who treated us as family but weren't overwhelming to us. Thank you for making this experience such an amazing one to remember. Needless to say that we will be sending our friends, families, neighbors, and all who talk about buying a car to your doorstep with pleasure knowing they will receive the same pleasant experience that we had. Being an elementary teacher, I give Jack and your dealership not just a strong pat on the back but an A+ grade and rating to be proud of. More

Grade A staff as well as a customer oriented business plan Throughout the entire searching and buying process, all employees that I listed helped to make the experience worth while. Although Valley Honda did not have my specific car on the lot, they made sure to keep in constant contact with me to let me know what was going on in regards to location and delivery. When showing me the car and sitting me down to go through the special features and all questions, it was extremely easy to follow and was able to drive off the lot with no unanswered questions and no confusion. Dan Pantalone was very generous with us as well and even took some time out of his day off in order to help us out. Could not be more satisfied with the service, sale, and overall customer experience. More
