Grade A staff as well as a customer oriented business plan Throughout the entire searching and buying process, all employees that I listed helped to make the experience worth while. Although Valley Honda did Throughout the entire searching and buying process, all employees that I listed helped to make the experience worth while. Although Valley Honda did not have my specific car on the lot, they made sure to keep in constant contact with me to let me know what was going on in regards to location and delivery. When showing me the car and sitting me down to go through the special features and all questions, it was extremely easy to follow and was able to drive off the lot with no unanswered questions and no confusion. Dan Pantalone was very generous with us as well and even took some time out of his day off in order to help us out. Could not be more satisfied with the service, sale, and overall customer experience. More
