I purchased a spare tire and now I have very little trunk space. He never explained the the car was plan he sold me required me to come to pick up coupons every time I wanted a car wash for 5 years. Why not offer a punch card each year with 24 car washes and have the car wash staff punch when we come in . Then I would come there once a year for 5 years. I never would have agreed to the coupon deal. He is not a man I can respect, or will recommend ever. More

Terrible customer service. AND my brakes have squeaked since the day I drove my car off your lot. Can't wait to be done with this place. After my 3 years are up for my free oil changes and stuff, I will find elsewhere to go. Keep in mind i drive from orange county to your location. Not worth my gas. More

My first 6month service I was totally excited about taking my 2015 Tucson for its 1st 6mth service which i assumed was covered under my service agreement, I remember the sale I was totally excited about taking my 2015 Tucson for its 1st 6mth service which i assumed was covered under my service agreement, I remember the sales person telling me i was covered for oil changes and checking its overall. That part cost me about $46.00 I'm just glad I did have it on me. Another small disappointment was being told i have only 30% of front breaks left and must be replaced. That i was NOT prepared for.
