Beware if they say that there is an update that will take a few hours question if the will be putting the car in utility mode. They ran the 12 volt battery so much that it was completely dead the next morni a few hours question if the will be putting the car in utility mode. Waited for my car for 4 hours only to be told they did nothing. Waited another 30 minutes just to get a printed quote of what they didn’t do.
