He gave me several options for how to keep costs down, and he personally walked me over to Deon in the sales department to discuss options for buying in the future, so that I could have as much info as possible in order to make my final decision about the repairs. Jack took over my case when I came back the next week and was super friendly and helpful as well. Deon was amazing in finding some options that would fit my needs and I look forward to working with him in the future when I'm financially ready to buy! More

Calvin and Jack have been absolutely stellar through the years and I recently had the pleasure of working with Andy who was super nice, didn't upsell me, and got my car finished fast. I got a free wash. Even though my car needed tires and brakes he didn't push for me to do it. He simply gave me the quote and all the info I need so I can make an informed decision. I appreciate that. I'll keep coming to SBH as long as I have a Hyundai. Thanks! More

The price for work by the dealership is very reasonable. There’s no fluff. They do the work and you’re texted right away to pick up your car. The dealership goes the extra mile to make the customer comfortable. In addition, despite the construction going on, it goes to the dealer’s credit to safely go around the construction and still help the customers, with many employees still working. I’m very grateful and I recommend SouthBay Hyundai any day to anyone. I’ve been to other dealers closer to my house and job, but I found out Southbay Hyundai is the best of them all. I love the guys there but it's a bit confusing with all the construction going on right now. Some better signs and guidance would be great.
