My last visit, Jack was great and very helpful. He gave me updates every step of the way I was taken care of in a timely fashion, and he even gave my car a complementary car wash. Friendly staff but services were a little slow. Came in for the recall and first service. O-ring was improperly installed which caused a major oil leak. Car had to be towed back to the dealership. Came in for the recall and first service. O-ring was improperly installed which caused a major oil leak. Car had to be towed back to the dealership. Took over 24 hours to complete the repair and top off the oil and clean the undercarriage. But at least the wife got a loaner vehicle. More
