Dylan totally surprised us … he was very knowledgeable helpful and went out of his way a few times to answer our questions and also made inquiries for us for the answers he didn’t know himself. His approach and demeanor was quite refreshing, he was welcoming friendly and very approachable that is hard to come by now a days. Came in for the Kona EV system coolant recall and was told they did the necessary work. However, the very next day the “refill inverter coolant” warning light came back on again. I ended up taking the told they did the necessary work. However, the very next day the “refill inverter coolant” warning light came back on again. I ended up taking the car to another Hyundai service center to handle the work and haven’t had an issue since. More
