Jack, my service advisor was great. Hyundai is lucky to have him. The service center was fine as well. But it took8 months from the time I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe in to get a Hyundai is lucky to have him. The service center was fine as well. But it took8 months from the time I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe in to get a new engine until I finally got the car back with the new engine. That is kind of ridiculous. And I had to pay to rent a car for the first 2.5 months my car was out until Hyundai approved giving me a loaner. So again, Jack was great, but it should never have taken 8 months to get the new engine in my car. More

The service was fine. People were good. Everyone was prompt, HOWEVER, don't believe it when the sales people tell you they cover routine maintenance for three years. Th People were good. Everyone was prompt, HOWEVER, don't believe it when the sales people tell you they cover routine maintenance for three years. That's a lie. For my 15K service, I was charged close to $300 for routine 15K service required by my lease. When I questioned it, they said, "Routine service only covers oil changes and rotating tires." I will not be purchasing another Hyundai and I believe they were being dishonest with their sales pitch. Car was returned dirty. More

Nicole was extremely nice and thorough. She had to set two different appointments for me (for 2 different days). Once I arrived, both times, I was taken care of immediately. I love the way that they arranged for a LYFT driver to pick me up and take me home. I just wish that I didn’t have to pay to come back to pick up my car. But I get it! Because my service went so smoothly, I actually Had To go meet Nicole in person to thank her ❤️. I had never had such great experiences dealing with service on my previous cars. So yes, I LOVE Southbay Hyundai service dept almost as much as I love my Hyundai Ionic Hybrid Limited. More

This was my second service at the South Bay Hyundai dealership. Amir was an absolute pleasure and took the experience beyond my expectations. He arranged a lyft to take me to the locale of my choice dealership. Amir was an absolute pleasure and took the experience beyond my expectations. He arranged a lyft to take me to the locale of my choice and called when my car was ready to book a return lyft to the dealership. I also will applaud the dealership's manager, Donnie for putting excellent tools in place so the employees can deliver a quality experience. (i.e. The lyft service app they used made it a seamless experience to find your driver on either end.) Thank you, AmirI had a wonderful day at Redondo Beach. I also truly appreciated the complimentary car wash. More
