This last time my car service was done quickly.Time This last time my car service was done quickly. Time before I was stuck there over 2 hours ? The service was free so I did not say anything. Last but very important, I would not buy a Hyundai Tucson again, it's a fine car except for terrible gas mileage and a small gas tank. Thankfully I don't drive a long way every day. Sorry Hyundai, BAD JOB ! Two more years and I'm getting an SUV with better mileage . The war on fosil fuel is not ending any time soon. More

This was a terrible experience and services. I had to keep calling for an update. Also they didn’t fix everything and i spent a lot of money for them to fix. I made an appointment to get my battery replaced and have a "Post Pandemic" checkup and service set done. The service rep was friendly and knowledgeable about the EQUUS, which no other dealer visited in thi a "Post Pandemic" checkup and service set done. The service rep was friendly and knowledgeable about the EQUUS, which no other dealer visited in this are was. All the requested services were done, and they fixed some issues I didn't mention that had been caused by a different Dealer in the area. So there should be no surprise that I am very happy and would recommend South Bay Hyundai service if you have a EQUUS. It's been hard to find a dealer that has service reps that know how to service them. More
